GlobalMSDS software allows you to design, compile and author all your product and technical literature for single language and multi-lingual communications:

Distributing Literature

• GlobalMSDS^TM recommends that approved MSDS and literature are stored as PDF or flash files. The Compiler has been designed to interface with systems, such as Lotus Notes^TM, for distributing your files to customers or sales agents either directly or via an Extranet or Web site.

Accessing Databases

• GlobalMSDS ^TM Compiler Pro includes a unique, quick and easy means of accessing internal and external technical and regulatory data when creating MSDSs and other product literature. All such data can be accessed and rapidly imported using our Data Wizard.

Networking

• GlobalMSDS ^TM Compiler can exist on a single PC or on a number of client PCs accessing the PCs database or a central data repository over a network. The software has been designed to achieve data integrity by ensuring that only one person has access to the data at any one time and by limiting change controls to approved users.
